History

This building is part of a strip on West Chester Pike, across from the fire station. Although the masonry on the side looks to be more 1920s in style, the front looks newer and there seem to be no records of the location prior to 1960.

Postings for an operator wanted persist from 1960 through 1972, but with no business attached to it. 1960 mentions a general business property. The first actual business referenced is Snow White Confectioners in 1962. It contained Wills Real Estate, Tru-Sash, and Flamingo Pools throughout the 1960s.

It was the location of a copy and print place until at least October 2018, and was later vacant for a couple of years. It has been home to the Transformation wealth group since at least June 2021.
